Naomi’s nighttime “latte” to quiet a restless mind and soothe anxiety


1 1/2 cups water

1 – 2 bags lemon balm tea 

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 scoop renew whole hemp cbd powder 

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon raw honey or monk fruit (optional)



Bring water to a gentle simmer, turn the heat off and steep tea for 10 minutes with the lid on. Discard tea bag. Stir in remaining ingredients and enjoy one hour before bedtime.
