How much is shipping?
It is our goal to deliver your order to you in the quickest and most cost-effective manner possible. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping options and pricing. We offer Free Standard Domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more within the US.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, due to current laws, we only ship within the US.
How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track it?
Generally, an email with a shipping confirmation is sent to our customers. If you don’t receive an email from us you can contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to appear on carrier website
What are my shipping options?
Standard shipping (24 hour processing time*, 3-5 business days in transit): $8.95
Orders received after 3pm will process the following day.
Please note orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed within 24 – 48 business hours.
Am I eligible for free shipping?
Orders $100 and over are eligible for free standard shipping. No code is required; free shipping options will be available at checkout; other discounts do not apply towards the minimum.
At Outside Meets Inside, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible. For our full refund policy see the customer agreement below.
Within 30 Days – You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Returns must be shipped back to OMI Nutrition within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Include original packaging and product in new condition – Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Outside Meets Inside will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options.
If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Outside Meets Inside informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.
As long as your return adheres to the requirements described above, follow these steps to return your product:
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
