Naomi’s go-to beauty smoothie for glowing skin from the inside out

Ingredients: 

1 handful spinach

1 stalk celery

1/2 cucumber

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/2 kiwi or 1/4 cup berries  

1/2 avocado

1 cup (or more) filtered water or unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop renew whole hemp cbd powder

1-2 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Feel your body respond, your hydration improve, and your skin glow.
